- Guarantees of future outcomes

3. Intellectual Property
All content—including but not limited to the G.E.M. Protocol Reports, Foundational Triads, Genius, Edge, Mission, Soul Reflections, Soul Synthesis, Soul Signatures, Soul Integration Plan and graphics—are the intellectual property of Funxtional Creations LLC. You may not copy, sell, translate, publish, repurpose, or otherwise redistribute any material without express written permission.
This includes using G.E.M. readings for AI training datasets, derivative content generation, or commercial astrology products.
4. Resale & Third-Party Use
No G.E.M. Protocol content may be resold, white-labeled, or distributed under another name or brand. Any attempt to replicate, redistribute, or sell this work—whether in part or in full—without permission is strictly prohibited.
Affiliate use or licensing partnerships may be considered upon request but must be approved in writing.
5. Spiritual & Emotional Sensitivity Disclaimer
Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive tool. While many find it deeply empowering, it may evoke strong emotions or insights.

6. Age Disclaimer

7. Use of AI & Technology
Some G.E.M. Protocol content is co-developed using advanced AI tools and customized language models. These tools are trained to reflect your birth data and great care is taken to ensure accuracy, insight, and clarity. However, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness or infallibility the data.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the custom, digital nature of astrological readings and soul-mapped chart interpretations, all sales are final. If you have questions or believe an error has occurred, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal and astrological data is kept strictly confidential. It will never be sold, shared, or used for purposes outside of your reading unless legally required or explicitly authorized by you. Your information is used solely for the creation of your personalized G.E.M. Report.
10. Limitation of Liability
By engaging with the G.E.M. Protocol, you agree that Funxtional Creations LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect outcomes, decisions, or emotional experiences resulting from the use of these services. You alone are responsible for how you integrate the insights received.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site or services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
