Each G.E.M. Protocol™ chart reading and soul-mapped report is a custom, time-intensive service created uniquely for you. For this reason, we uphold the following refund policy to maintain the energetic integrity of the work and honor the preparation required to deliver it.
1. No Refunds on Completed Readings
All astrology chart readings, Soul Signature reflections, and G.E.M. Protocol documents are made-to-order based on your birth data and spiritual intent. Once a reading has been delivered or initiated, no refunds will be issued.
2. Session Rescheduling
If you booked a live session and can no longer attend, we’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
3. Cancellation Before Fulfillment
If you request a cancellation before your reading or session preparation has begun, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion (typically minus any payment processing fees).
4. Quality Concerns or Errors
If you believe there has been a technical error or something feels off in your chart report (e.g., incorrect birth data used), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review your file and provide a clarification, correction, or reissue if appropriate.
5. Digital Products
All downloadable guides, frameworks, and digital tools are final sale unless otherwise stated.
6. Energetic Consideration
The G.E.M. Protocol is both a spiritual and interpretive system. It is not designed to “predict outcomes” or guarantee external results. Its value lies in the insight it brings—and insight cannot be returned. By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that your experience will be shaped by your openness to receive, reflect, and engage with the material.
